Five Stars Co-operative Housing Society Ltd. was registered in Pune on 23 October 1972 after the development of five residential buildings, each comprising 20 flats. The society subsequently received ownership of the buildings through a registered Deed of Sale in 1978.
Today, the society is entering its redevelopment phase with Merit Redevelopment Consultants appointed as the Project Management Consultant (PMC). Merit is providing professional guidance and coordination to help the society navigate the redevelopment process with clarity, transparency, and informed decision-making.
