Established in 1979, Shanti Rakshak Co-operative Housing Society has a significant legacy in Pune’s housing landscape. Originally formed to create residential accommodation for police personnel, the society has evolved over the decades while continuing to serve its members at its Yerawada location. As the society embarks on its redevelopment journey, Merit Redevelopment Consultants has been appointed as the Project Management Consultant (PMC) to provide professional guidance and coordination throughout the process.
